Policies

All Spun Loud Effects pedals come with a one-year, non-transferrable warranty beginning at the date of shipment. 

This warranty does not cover misuse, improper power supplies, liquids, heavy impacts, modifications, cosmetic damage, etc. If your pedal does not meet our warranty requirements, we will do our best to work with you. Work of this nature will hold an hourly labor fee as well as the cost of any parts or materials.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please email sales@spunloud.com with your name, order number and a description of the issues you are having. We will contact you for further information and provide instructions for your return. 

Shipping/returns

Orders will typically ship within a week of your order, however delays do sometimes occur. Unless otherwise noted on your order, we offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping for all domestic orders. International customers will pay USPS Priority International flat rate at time of order.  We do not guarantee USPS advertised shipping times and these may vary during periods of high demand.

Once your order has been processed, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
